"I have several pairs and worn these ones for everything up to a marathon. Stay dry and don’t chafe. I like zip pockets for the added security - you could get a phone in it. Also internal pockets are good for a key but I find gels might rub against skin if don’t fit into the entirety of the pocket. Will definately keep buying these. Sizing - medium fits well for 32inch waist."
