1. Customer Experience & Retention Lead
Role Summary:
Lead initiatives to improve customer retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value. Focus on personalised experiences, optimising retention strategies, and enhancing customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create meaningful initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty by enhancing their experience and meeting their needs.
- Optimise Klaviyo flows and email campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Analyse customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine the customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Monitor and report on retention metrics and customer satisfaction levels.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer retention or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms like Klaviyo.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making.
2. Data Analysis & Technical UX Lead
Role Summary:
Utilise data analysis to improve website performance, enhance user experience, and implement technical optimisations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead UX enhancements based on customer behaviour and feedback.
- Collaborate with the tech team to optimise tools such as Searchspring and Klaviyo.
- Provide insights for A/B testing and personalisation strategies.
- Generate regular reports on website performance and user trends.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools.
- Technical expertise in UX/UI design and optimisation.
- Knowledge of Klaviyo, Searchspring, or similar tools.
3. Acquisition Lead
Role Summary:
Manage and optimise acquisition channels, including Google Ads and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and acquire new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other platforms.
- Manage affiliate marketing initiatives via Commission Factory.
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximise ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align acquisition goals with broader business strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical skills to track and report on performance.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
4. Social Media Manager & Content Producer
Role Summary:
Manage social media channels and produce engaging content to grow the brand’s presence and support marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts, videos, and graphics that align with the brand.
- Support SEO content creation to drive organic growth.
- Collaborate on email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo.
- Monitor and respond to social media engagement.

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

5. Graphic Designer
Role Summary:
Design visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and the website to ensure cohesive branding and engaging visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create graphics for digital and print campaigns, including social media posts, email banners, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain brand consistency.
- Develop templates and design assets for recurring needs.
- Support creative direction for product launches and campaigns.
Qualifications:

6. Head of Customer Service
Role Summary:

7. Casual Sales Staff
Role Summary:
We’re always on the lookout for talented and passionate casual sales staff to join our growing retail team. As part of our in-store team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping our customers find the perfect fit for their running journey.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service by offering personalised advice and recommendations.
- Develop a strong understanding of our product range to support customers effectively.
- Assist in maintaining store presentation and ensuring shelves are well-stocked.

Qualifications:
- A passion for running or fitness is a big plus!
- Prior retail or sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
