We are currently seeking a casual sales assistant to join our Pace Athletic retail team. As a Pace Athletic sales assistant, you will have strong communication and customer service skills. A background in the retail industry is not essential but it is a bonus.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for building strong customer relationships and can assist in enhancing the brand with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.

 

At Pace Athletic, the casual sales assistant will be able to demonstrate the following skillset:

 

- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on relationship management.

We are currently seeking a Store Manager to join our Pace Athletic team to represent and manage our flagship Manly store. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in management and holds a positive, can-do attitude.

The store manager will primarily be reporting to the head of retail as well as sharing feedback and ideas to the head office staff.

 

At Pace Athletic, the retail store manager will be able to demonstrate the following skillset:

 

- Natural and confident leader; you have a positive and motivating attitude with others and hold outstanding communication skills.

- A strong ability to drive sales, conversion, and building the customer database.

- Maintain and build customer relationships while offering an exceptional level of customer service.

- Analyse product reports and take action to maximise opportunities.

- Ensure the store is operationally running daily; maintaining high presentation standards and ensuring store operations and reporting is completed on time.

- Ability to create a kind, inviting and inclusive environment for Pace Athletic staff.

- Ensure all staff adhere to company practices and procedures.

- Ability to coach, mentor and motivate staff daily, creating an encouraging workplace.

- Coordinate stock movements and any store replenishments

 

 

You will be responsible for:

- Stocktakes and any stock loss investigations that are required.

- Driving the instore weekly/fortnightly VM changes instructed by head of retail, ensuring that all stores are presented with high standards at all times.

- Consistently engaging and communicating with head office staff to ensure stock levels are replenished and a well-defined understanding of the product range in store.

- Presenting new ideas to head of retail for in store events that will enhance the Pace Athletic following, build brand awareness, and/or drive sales.

 

To be eligible for the retail store manager role you must:

- Commit to five working days a week.

- Willing to work weekends - At least one weekend day OR a full weekend on a fortnightly roster.

- Be eligible to work in Australia

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Pace Athletic team to represent and assist in managing our new Waverly store. The ideal candidate will have 3 years experience in retail and holds a positive, can-do attitude.

The assistant store manager will primarily be reporting to the manager as well as sharing feedback and ideas to the head office staff and head of retail.

 

At Pace Athletic, the retail assistant store manager will be able to demonstrate the following skillset:

- Excellent communication skills

- A strong ability to drive sales, conversion, and building the customer database.

- Maintain and build customer relationships while offering an exceptional level of customer service.

- Support the store manager with ensuring the store is operationally running daily; maintaining high presentation standards and ensuring store operations and reporting is completed on time.

- Support the store manager with creating a kind, inviting and inclusive environment for Pace Athletic staff.

- Ensure all staff adhere to company practices and procedures.

- Support the store manager with coaching, mentoring and motivating staff daily, creating an encouraging workplace.

- Support the store manager with coordinating stock movements and any store replenishments

 

 

You will be responsible for:

- Supervise all staff in the store manager’s absence.

- Consistently engaging and communicating with the store manager to ensure stock levels are replenished and a well-defined understanding of the product range in store.

- Presenting new ideas to the store manager and head of retail for in store events that will enhance the Pace Athletic following, build brand awareness, and/or drive sales.

Online and Marketing Internship - Manly Vale Office

 

What you will do:

- Assist with photoshoots.

- Assist with social media platforms, building EDM’s and print media.

- Assist the online team with uploading website content.

- Assist the warehouse with pick and pack.

 

What we are looking for:

- Someone with an interest in e-commerce and marketing looking to grow their skillset.

- Reliable and enthusiastic attitude towards all tasks.

- Committed to 1 full day per week of experience in our head office for the course of 2 months.
