The SC trainer has a stacked midsole with a carbon fiber plate, sandwiched between two layers of soft FuelCell cushioning, with a hollow channel running through the middle of the shoe to bring the weight down.
Now, when you step, the carbon fiber plate gets flattened and then springs right back into action, giving you this incredible high rebound sensation. It's like you've got an extra boost with every stride!
