Returns policy & process. -
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or refund.
Items must be returned within 21 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be re-delivered. On occasions the replacement size in particular product may not be available. In this case we may offer an alternative product or your choice of refund for the original purchase.
Altered items. -
We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Product Assessments team.
Faulty Items. -
Items will be inspected by our Product Assessments team and if the item is deemed to be faulty due to manufacturing or fabric defect, Pace Athletic will replace or refund free of additional freight charges. If deemed not to be faulty, it will not qualify for an exchange or refund under this return type.
If you change your mind. -
Pace Athletic is unable to accept items that have had the tags removed, have been customised, worn or washed. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items. Pace Athletic will either exchange the item or refund the amount of the item.
Incorrect order. -
Pace Athletic will cover the re-delivery charges if the item you received is not what you initially purchased. As customers can appreciate however, colours shown on an internet exchange may not be an exact match to the physical goods, therefore the colour shown is for illustrative purposes only.
Refunds on shipping and handling charges. -
If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong order, we will refund shipping and handling charges to your credit card. A copy of your tax invoice may be requested for proof of purchase. In any other case, freight charges are not refunded.
All of our items are sent via a registered postal service with tracking numbers. When your order is fulfilled you will be emailed a tracking number and the postal service the order went with. Please note that free express post only applied to capital cities within Australia
