  • All of our items are sent via a registered postal service with tracking numbers. When your order is fulfilled you will be emailed a tracking number and the postal service the order went with. Please note that free express post only applied to capital cities within Australia. We endeavour to get all online orders out within 24 hours but please allow up to 48 hours for your order to ship

• Returns and Warranty

  • Returns policy & process. - We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned within 21 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). Please allow 14 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be re-delivered. On occasions the replacement size in a particular product may not be available. Change of mind returns only apply to items in a resalable condition. Additional re-delivery freight charges will apply for replacement items.
