Nike's super trainer, the Zoom Fly 6, gets impressive updates from bottom to up  - lighter, more comfort and fun!

The full-length carbon fibre plate, sandwiched between a soft ZoomX foam and a firmer, more stable SR-02 foam, delivers a smooth energised ride. The Zoom Fly 6 is versatile and can handle easy runs, cruisy long runs or faster intervals effort with ease. It is a great training companion to Nike Vaporfly or Alphafly racing shoes.
